What the app does
Obra Report helps construction teams record site progress and deliver periodic reports to their clients.
Free mode runs on the device with no account, with limits on projects, reports per month and photos per report. Cloud features require an account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account.
You confirm you are allowed to record and share the project information you enter, including photos and your clients’ details.
Your content
Your content is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and deliver it as you instruct.
You must not use the service for unlawful content, or to send reports to people who have not agreed to be contacted.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, prices and terms will be shown before any charge.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Reports are progress documents produced by you. We do not review or certify the technical accuracy of your content.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
