Account and data deletion
This page explains how to delete your Obra Report account and what happens to your data.
Delete from the app
Open Obra Report, go to Settings, tap your name and choose "Delete account". Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Before deleting, use "Export my data" on the same screen if you want to keep a copy.
Delete by email
If you cannot reach the app, write to contact@cleveraiapps.com from the account’s email address. We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account record: name, email, phone, signature and password.
Your organization memberships, your notifications, and the push tokens of your devices.
Any organization you solely own, together with its projects, reports, photos and delivery records.
When deletion is refused
If you own an organization that still has other active members, deletion is refused. Transfer ownership or remove the other members before deleting your account. The app tells you when this happens.
This exists so a team cannot accidentally lose access to its own project history.
What remains
In organizations where you are only a member or viewer, the content belongs to the company and remains. Only your access and your personal data are removed.
Records we must keep by law, such as tax records, may be retained for the statutory period.
Backups may retain data for up to 30 days.
Data on your device
Projects created in free mode live only on the device. Uninstalling the app erases them, and they cannot be recovered.
